By purchasing from Sirius Buildings, you agree to this policy.
This policy applies to all orders placed via our website, by email, or through trade or wholesale accounts.
Standard Products
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once your return is approved and the item is received back, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method.
A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund for all returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Custom-Made & Special Orders
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalised products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- This condition will be clearly stated at checkout for any custom order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 24 hours with photos of the issue.
- We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the problem.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at contact@siriusbuildings.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
