When placing an order on Sirius Shop or at Sirius Lounge, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions.

Ordering

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Standard products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Are custom-made products refundable?

Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged on arrival.

How do I request a return?

Email us at contact@siriusbuildings.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions once your return is approved.

Payment, Checkout and Pricing

How do I place an order?

Simply add products to your cart and complete checkout online. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely in Australian dollars (AUD).

Sirius Buildings Shop accepts the following payment methods:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa

Note: Direct transfer may also be accepted (or required) on select products and services.

Can I resell the products purchased from Sirius Shop?

No. Sirius Buildings and its affiliates sell directly to end-consumers. We may unilaterally cancel any order that we believe has been made with the intention to resell, intended to violate our trademark rights or that has otherwise been made in bad faith. We may also cancel an order and process a refund if we discontinue a product after the time an order is placed.

Can I resell the products purchased from Sirius Shop?

Sirius Buildings reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on siriusbuildings.com at any time and to correct pricing errors that may occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been processed by Sirius Buildings. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.

Shipping

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Click the link in your confirmation email and follow the steps to check the status of your order. You can also sign into your account and select an order in your order history to check the status.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order with a shipping address pertaining to a freight forwarder or that appears to be purchased with the intent to resell or export internationally.

When will my order arrive?

Orders with small items can take five to seven business days to arrive but timing varies depending on your order. Check the status of your order in your account for updates on when it will arrive.

Customers located in regional areas may experience longer delivery times of up to ten business days.

Note: We've recently switched to a more cost-effective carrier that ships via road freight. This additional time also allows our warehouse team enough time to pick, pack and dispatch orders efficiently.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–6 business days.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location, the size of your order, and the carrier. Remote areas may take longer.

How are large building materials delivered?

Large items and pallets are delivered kerbside. Customers are responsible for unloading with suitable equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, crane, or team on site).

Can I pick up my order from a local depot?

Yes. Local pickup from Sirius or local depot is available by prior arrangement. Bring a valid government-issued ID and your order confirmation receipt.

Damages

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect your order immediately. Take photos of any damage and report it to the carrier within 24 hours. Contact us at contact@siriusbuildings.com for assistance.

Privacy

What personal information do you collect?

We collect information such as your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history to process and deliver your purchases.

Do you share my information with third parties?

We only share your details with trusted service providers such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We never sell your information.

How can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
