Deployment Process
Designed to deploy without disruption.
Sirius units are designed to deploy alongside EV charging infrastructure with minimal on-site disruption. The system is prefabricated, modular, and installed under a defined scope that avoids interference with EVSE, civil, or electrical works.
Site assessment
- Desktop review of access, clearances, and services
- Confirmation of placement, crane or forklift access, and setbacks
- No invasive surveys required in most cases
Off-site manufacture
- Units are manufactured and fitted off-site
- Electrical, finishes, and internal systems completed before delivery
- Reduces on-site labour and variability
Delivery and placement
- Delivered as a single unit
- Crane lift or forklift placement depending on site conditions
- No wet trades required
Connection and commissioning
- Electrical connection completed per agreed scope
- Systems checked and commissioned
- Site returned to normal operation immediately
Typical install characteristics
- On-site time measured in hours, not weeks
- No trenching or structural works required
- No dependency on charger commissioning sequence
Responsibility split
- Sirius: unit, placement coordination, internal systems
- Site / EPC: access, base readiness, agreed power connection
- CPO: no additional construction scope
