Deployment Process

Designed to deploy without disruption.

Sirius units are designed to deploy alongside EV charging infrastructure with minimal on-site disruption. The system is prefabricated, modular, and installed under a defined scope that avoids interference with EVSE, civil, or electrical works.

Site assessment
  • Desktop review of access, clearances, and services

  • Confirmation of placement, crane or forklift access, and setbacks

  • No invasive surveys required in most cases
Off-site manufacture
  • Units are manufactured and fitted off-site

  • Electrical, finishes, and internal systems completed before delivery

  • Reduces on-site labour and variability
Delivery and placement
  • Delivered as a single unit

  • Crane lift or forklift placement depending on site conditions

  • No wet trades required
Connection and commissioning
  • Electrical connection completed per agreed scope

  • Systems checked and commissioned

  • Site returned to normal operation immediately
Typical install characteristics
  • On-site time measured in hours, not weeks

  • No trenching or structural works required

  • No dependency on charger commissioning sequence
Responsibility split
  • Sirius: unit, placement coordination, internal systems

  • Site / EPC: access, base readiness, agreed power connection

  • CPO: no additional construction scope
