Operations / OPEX
Operate without operational burden.
Sirius deployments are structured so charging operators and site hosts are not required to operate, staff, or maintain the units.
Ownership model
- Units are typically owned and operated by Sirius
- Deployed under an OPEX-led or host-aligned commercial model
Day-to-day operations
Sirius is responsible for:
- Asset condition and upkeep
- Internal systems
- Remote monitoring where applicable
- Scheduled maintenance
What operators are not responsible for
- No staffing
- No cleaning or upkeep
- No customer support for lounge systems
- No additional compliance burden
Power and utilities
- Modest power draw relative to EVSE infrastructure
- Connected downstream of existing site power strategy
- Sub-metering available where required
- Electricity cost allocation defined contractually
Fault handling
- Remote diagnostics first
- On-site intervention only when required
- Lounge downtime does not affect charger availability
End-of-term or relocation
- Units are removable
- Relocation or removal handled by Sirius
- Site returned to original condition per agreement
