Ownership model
  • Units are typically owned and operated by Sirius

  • Deployed under an OPEX-led or host-aligned commercial model
Day-to-day operations

Sirius is responsible for:

  • Asset condition and upkeep

  • Internal systems

  • Remote monitoring where applicable

  • Scheduled maintenance
What operators are not responsible for
  • No staffing

  • No cleaning or upkeep

  • No customer support for lounge systems

  • No additional compliance burden
Power and utilities
  • Modest power draw relative to EVSE infrastructure

  • Connected downstream of existing site power strategy

  • Sub-metering available where required

  • Electricity cost allocation defined contractually
Fault handling
  • Remote diagnostics first

  • On-site intervention only when required

  • Lounge downtime does not affect charger availability
End-of-term or relocation
  • Units are removable

  • Relocation or removal handled by Sirius

  • Site returned to original condition per agreement
